" SOLD BY MEGAN BAKER ESTATE AGENTS!! We love this area and we just keep selling them! If you are thinking of selling - we have buyers waiting for this area and the three bedroom family homes - so call us on 01983 280555

I love a 1970's house - they are so practical and well laid out with big windows which let the light flood in. Therefore, this house appeals to me hugely - it is an ideal family home, situated within easy reach of the local primary and secondary schools as well as being accessible to the town of Cowes and the seafront at Gurnard. With its smart, modern decor, it is warmed by gas central heating and has large UPVC double glazed windows. The sociably arranged living room spans the width of the home to the rear with a link to the dining room which is positioned at the front. The kitchen is sensibly kept separate, but accessible from the dining room and has been smartly furnished with whits glossy fronted units which house a range of fitted appliances. There is a large conservatory to the rear of the home which gives an indoor link to the garage and provides access out to the garden. The thing I really love about the house is the fact that is provides three double bedrooms - all serviced by a chic and well fitted bathroom. With parking at the front and a good sized, enclosed rear garden - it really does provide a great home in an excellent location.
