" A well presented three bedroom semi detached home with lounge, large kitchen diner, generous parking and a 116 foot rear garden. Being set back from the road in an elevated position the property benefits from views over the west of Brackley.

GROUND FLOOR A part glazed front door opens onto the hall which has wood effect laminate flooring, stairs to the first floor with open space beneath and doors to both lounge and kitchen diner. The lounge has a large window to the front and a fireplace with gas fire. The kitchen diner benefits from views over the back garden, is fitted with eye and base level units with space for dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The kitchen area also has a small breakfast bar and the dining area has space for a table and double glass doors leading out onto the patio. FIRST FLOOR The stairs open onto the landing which has doors to all three bedrooms, the bathroom and the airing cupboard. The landing also has a large window to the side allowing a good level of natural light and again benefiting from far reaching views. The bathroom has a window over the rear garden and a white three piece suite with a shower over the bath. Bedroom one has views to the rear and built in wardrobes. Bedroom two and three are both at the front of the property, bedroom three is L shaped due to the bulk head of the stairs.
