" Walking through the front door, it is clear that this home is a larger than average terrace home! Having been lovingly looked after by the current owners, all someone would have to do is stamp their own mark on the home! The lounge is a good size- especially having a separate dining room- where one can sit and relax after a long day at work. The dining room comfortable holds a dinner table, the perfect backdrop for a dinner party. The kitchen is a nice, modern room, offering access out to the great size garden. As is common with homes of this age, the bathroom is downstairs- but is again generously proportioned for the size of the home. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms which are all independently accessed from each other! No walking through bedrooms to get to a bedroom that is commonly found in terrace homes. Further this offers the option to potentially (subject to necessary consent) to put the bathroom upstairs if someone wished to do so. As mentioned, there is a very pleasant rear garden, which offers someone with green fingers ample opportunity to potter around, or just to be able to sit out in the afternoon’s sun and relax. This is our 1st home together, and we have had so many happy times here! Location wise has been fab, as it offered really easy access to the town for us if we fancied a spot of shopping or a night out, but being at the Barming end of the road we can nip across to Barming Train Station or the M20. The garden has seen many BBQs in the summer, and during the winter can cosy up in the lounge room with the feature fireplace on forgetting the cold weather outside. Having the separate dining room has given us so much more space than loads of the terrace homes in the local area.
