" Preston Lane is a prestigious location. The make up of mainly detached houses, which are a variety of designs, gives a quite unique and exclusive feel as you turn the corner from the tree lined Mall. The kerb appeal of this family home, known as "Millstones", is fantastic occupying an enviable corner plot with well kept gardens. Inside, the parquet flooring and attractive stairway are a real feature and give a great sense of character as you step into the hallway.Wander through to the impressive and spacious lounge which will give plenty of room for all the family and would be a great space for entertaining friends and family, or simply curling up with the latest DVD after a long day.The kitchen is often the hub of any family home and this room is large enough to accommodate a breakfast table. Remodelled approximately three years ago with slate flooring and lovely corian worktops. The galleried landing links the 4 bedrooms upstairs and is spacious and bright. The main bathroom would be a perfect spot to unwind, so why not light the candles and step into the Victorian style bath to relax and let the underfloor heating keep the room nice and snug.A truly fantastic family home that should not be missed.

What the Owner says:

For over 25 years this house has been full of wonderful family memories. The pleasure of a sunny back garden playing with children and grand children will always be remembered but time moves on and, after retiring earlier this year after 50 years in the City, we have decided to find something smaller yet still within Faversham. This house is in an excellent position for access to Faversham town centre, the railway, bus routes and motorway. It will be sad to move but our memories will always be there and whoever buys this property will hopefully enjoy it as much as we have.
