" An attractive mid-terrace property suitable for first time buyers or for an investment opportunity.

In brief the property comprises of entrance hall leading to two separate reception rooms, the back one leading into the fitted kitchen and access to the rear yard. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and contemporary bathroom. Gas central heating, double glazing and tastefully presented throughout.

DIRECTIONS:
From our Fallowfield office, head Northeast on Wilmslow Road and continue to follow Wilmslow Road and turn left onto Claremount Road. Turn right onto Heald Place and then left onto Heald Avenue and the property will be on the left.
