Now some houses have views, some have really good views and others just grab you with stunning vistas. Wendon falls into this category - essentially views that just happen to have a house to go with it. This refurbished and fully modernised End Terrace House is located along the old historic route through Criccieth just yards from the dramatic cliff top castle that overlooks the bay. There is much history associated with the residences within the immediate vicinity, no doubt resulting from the castle and that this was a major route for drovers and travellers alike. With a south easterly aspect to the rear, the views out to sea and beyond are very dramatic indeed. The property offers roomy accommodation with clean lines and a neutral décor having been extensively refurbished and modernised in recent years, offering the next owner the simplicity of moving straight in. Externally, garden space has been purposely kept simple and functional. Benefiting from uPVC double glazing throughout and a mains gas central heating system (with feature gas fire to the Lounge), the accommodation comprises: Entrance Hall, through Lounge, Dining Kitchen, Landing, 3 Bedrooms and Bathroom.

LOCATION The historic town of Criccieth is situated on the beautiful southern coast of the Lleyn Peninsula, which offers some exceptional coastal scenery - sandy beaches, a rugged coastline and a dramatic backdrop with the Snowdonia mountain range in the distance. Porthmadog is some 5-6 miles from the village, while the proximity of the sea means that there is the possibility to enjoy water sports, sailing, fishing, walks or even a paddle. Dolphins also frequent this coastline, so look out for them. The village offers a good range of amenities including shops, a post office, restaurants and pubs, a golf course and essential seaside fish & chips and ice cream parlour. The main shopping town on the peninsula is the market town of Pwllheli, some 8 miles away, which is reached by the main A497 thoroughfare and has a large marina, a good range of shops, schools and rail links.
