FIRST FLOOR  

MASTER BEDROOM Featuring open beams, roof lights, radiator and log burning stove. Adjoining the master bedroom is a large loft storage area.  

OUTSIDE Private track access which leads to a forecourt parking and turning area which adjoins an agricultural barn and a recently constructed timber stable building.



Surrounding the cottage are garden areas and land extending to some 1.5 acres and beyond this is a further area extending to 4 acres or thereabouts. 

DIRECTIONS Proceed from Caernarfon along the A487 towards Porthmadog and after passing the turning for Garndolbenmaen turn left for Cwm Pennant. Continue for 4 miles, keeping to the left at any junctions, and Garreg Wen Fach will be found on the left hand side  "
