" Nestled on the North Eastern fringes of the town, this well proportioned 3 bedroom family home is situated within a terrace of similar properties. Having benefitted from some improvements, it offers buyers further scope and is ideal for a young couple/first time buyers looking to upgrade to their own taste. Easily managed gardens and garage 

ACCOMMODATION Internally, the entrance hall offers access to the lounge and stairs to first floor level.

Within the lounge, there is a contemporary feel with modern inset pebble effect gas fire set within beech surround. There is a large picture window offering a good degree of natural light and aspect to front . This room opens into a formal dining area with aspect into the porch/utility area.

The kitchen offers a range of medium oak style wall and base units. The contour worksurface incorporates a single drainer bowl & ½ sink unit and mixer tap. There is a built in Stoves cooker with 4 ring electric hob and extractor unit over, plumbing for washing machine and recess for fridge.
