" This gorgeous three-storey town house has a garden double the plot of any other in the private gated cul-de-sac, and is situated in the centre of stylish Ewell Village.

PROPERTY Built by Try Homes in 2004, it offers nearly 2,000 square foot of fluid, up to date and, above all, adaptable accommodation over three floors. The open plan kitchen and conservatory truly act as the hub of the home, with all the luxury mod cons you would expect. On top of this, there is also a separate utility room, a formal dining room and a cloakroom, adding to that sublime sense of spaciousness.
If you make your way up the stairs, you will find the bright airy lounge contemporary in style with a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom. The upper level has a guest room, again with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. Add this to the two further bedrooms and a family bathroom and you have a recipe for an adaptable house in exceptional condition throughout.
The current owners have had the garden landscaped to create two patio areas, a lawn area and mature flower boarders. There is even a self watering system so all you have to do is enjoy the garden and views to the rear.
The single garage has power and light and the eves area has been boarded for storage. There is also off street parking for up to five cars.
LOCATION Despite all of these fantastic perks, it was actually the location which first attracted the current owners. A feeling of seclusion is generated by being within the private cul de sac and yet, as soon as you go through the gates, you are in the centre of the ultra-stylish Ewell Village with shops, pubs, restaurants and all the facilities you need. Ewell West station is within a quarter of a mile with access to waterloo. The A3 is within two miles with access to the M25 and then central London or either Gatwick or Heathrow airports. The area is renowned for the quality of local schooling in both the private and state sector and there is an abundance of local parks and country side. Austins place offers both a fantastic contemporary house with a large garden a private gated cul de sac and central location. Well worth a look.
