" Positioned in a highly regarded tree lined road and set on a 1/4 acre plot, this well balanced and well proportioned family home certainly has an enduring charm and a most delightful feeling of space and solidity. It is presented in fresh, neutral colours throughout and retains a wealth of character features to include; Oak panelling, stripped Parquet flooring, stripped floorboards, a feature fireplace and very attractive arched stained glass windows. Set well off the road, this is a substantial and very attractive house and it immediately sets the scene for how lovely it is inside. All the principal downstairs reception rooms lead off the extremely large hallway and all these rooms enjoy very attractive stripped Parquet flooring.
