" Completely remodelled and extended by Farino Developments Limited, this family home has been designed for today's modern lifestyle. In this semi rural spot with views from the front over fields, and lovely walks locally, this family home is ready for you to move into. Redeveloped with space and light in mind, the downstairs has a lovely feel with plenty of windows, internal oak doors including a glass door to the kitchen. The large square living room extending to over 21' in length has sliding doors on to the rear terrace. But surely the hub of the home has to be the kitchen/dining room with its Travertine tiled floor. Being well fitted with new appliances, including dual-fuel Flavel '8' ring gas cooker and extractor, American style fridge/freezer and Lamona dishwasher, there is also plenty of storage in the high gloss cream units, all of which are topped with a oak worktop. Here a large Indian sandstone terrace runs the full width of the house and beyond this is an expanse of lawn, including an apple tree. A path leads down to the detached timber clad garage with its shingle roof, which has power and light, plus additional off street parking. As well as a border containing mature shrubs and plants, there is also a timber decked area at the rear of the garden. "
