" *** DETACHED *** As you step over the threshold of this detached bungalow, you will become aware that this home is presented in beautiful condition. The entrance hall provides a little off-shoot to the right that is ideal for a computer/telephone table or similar. To the left, you enter the sitting room which is attractively decorated with a feature wallpapered wall and French doors to the rear garden. Off the sitting room is a corridor providing access to both bedrooms. The master bedroom was added at the end of last year and again is most attractively decorated and bright featuring twin aspect windows. The second bedroom is also an excellent double room. The kitchen/breakfast room is comprehensively fitted with a modern range of white fronted units with roll top worksurfaces, a built in 4 ring gas hob with oven below and chrome extractor over. There are spaces for washing machine, dishwasher and upright fridge/freezer. The flooring is a porcelain style tile. There is ample space for a dining table and French doors lead onto the rear garden. The bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite. The property is heated by a gas central heating system to radiators and the windows are double glazed throughout. Outside the rear garden has just been turfed and there is off-street parking for 2-3 cars. Linden Way is set at the end of St Marthas Avenue with just a few other properties. It is virtually adjacent to open fields and no through traffic. Westfield provides a range of every day shops and restaurants whilst Woking town centre with its comprehensive range of transport, leisure and shopping facilities including the excellent train service to Waterloo is just over 1.5 miles distant.

Directions: Leave Woking on the A320 Guildford Road bearing left into Claremont Avenue and bear left over the new bridge. Take the second turning on the right into Loop Road. Proceed to the T junction and then almost straight ahead into St Marthas Avenue and to the mini roundabout where Linden Way can be found straight ahead. "
