It was love at first sight for me when I viewed this unique, charming, period property. Set in a peaceful conservation area with river views and full of old world charm, it is nevertheless only a 'stone's throw' from Bluewater Shopping Centre, local shops, the M25, Greenhithe train station with its frequent links to Central London and Ebbsfleet Internatinoal's easy access to Europe. Inside comfortable and cosy rooms are economical to heat and the property generally is easy to maintain. In summary, the location and nature of this property have provided a safe and very happy home for me to live in over the last few years and I cannot help but feel a little envious of its next owner.
