The dressing room could easily be used as a 4th bedroom or perhaps an office or nursery.The lounge is positioned to the front of the property, can easily accommodate a dining table and has 2 balconies for entertaining alfresco style or simply enjoying the breathtaking views and scenery.The apartment has a bright, spacious and modern feel throughout and with the masses of storage cupboards and fitted wardrobes storage will never be a problem.Other features of this property include gas fired central heating, security entry system, double glazing and a garage to the rear of the building.Cavendish House also boasts a live in caretaker and a small drop off point/car park for short term parking for visiting friends and family.

As soon as we viewed our home 8 years ago we knew instantly it was the one for us, it had huge potential and the proportions of the accommodation were more than adequate. We initially bought it as a holiday home and in subsequent years let it out proving it to be a wise and popular investment.During our ownership we have updated and modernised the property ad feel it has a modern finish with neutral colours allowing the new owners to put their own stamp on it. Our favourite aspects have to be the idyllic location, the direct sea views, not worrying about parking with the garage on sight and quite literally having everything that Brighton offers on our doorstep.
