Well presented character barn in the Hamlet of Great Oak. Situated on a country lane with approx 23 acre garden with fruit trees and patio seating area.

Why the owner loves the property:
We fell in love with the house because of its stunning location. This is a beautiful, unspoilt area; we have 34 acres of garden, no noise pollution at all and dark skies; but the village shop and pubs are an easy 10 minute walk away. The original barn is small but we have built a self-contained en-suite guest room and now have planning permission to expand the barn itself, adding a further bedroom, bathroom and diningliving room. We have to move for work reasons but will miss the beautiful, quiet location.
