The property is situated in a good location, being centrally located close to schools, Victoria Park and the town centre.

The property has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. There are 2 good size reception rooms.  To the rear of the property is a large walled town garden.  There is also outside secure storage. The property has been completely redecorated in May 2017 and at the same time a brand new gas hob and two new electric fires have also  been installed. There is a separate utility room for both washing and drying machines.

New carpets to stairs, landing and all bedrooms. there is also a downstairs toilet leading off utility room

The gas central heating system is run from a combi boiler (installed 2009). There is a new electric fire in each reception room

(all gas appliances are serviced and gas certified yearly). UPVC double glazed throughout the property. Suitable for professionals and families.

Parking is outside of property on the street.
