" This attractive house is located in a quiet cul de sac near to Harefield village centre. It has been refurbished by the owners in the past two years in a light and contemporary style. A storm porch covers the front door, which has been recently installed to enable wheelchair access. The bright entrance hall has a dark wood laminate floor which continues through most of the ground floor. To the left, the dining room has a wide entrance into the double aspect sitting room. This spacious entertaining room has a feature fireplace and French doors to the rear garden. A further room is ideal as a family room and also has front and rear aspects. The kitchen has an extensive range of units in a light painted finish with wood work tops. Appliances include an electric range cooker (there is also gas supply), a dishwasher and a butlerβ€˜s sink. An attractive tiled floor has matching splashbacks above the units and French doors give access to the rear terrace. An adjacent utility room has a sink plus spaces for a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a tall fridgefreezer. Cupboards house the gas boiler and a Megaflow tank. A cloakroom provides a hand basin and WC. Upstairs, the landing has a skylight and a stained glass window plus a hatch to the spacious loft. A double bedroom has views to the garden. A further double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a window seat with a concealed door through to another double bedroom, which has independent access from the second landing. A single bedroom to the front is currently used as a study. The family bathroom has been refitted to a very high standard with a bath plus a separate shower, a basin in a vanity untit, WC and a heated towel rail. Situation
Located just over half a mile from the centre of Harefield, the property is close to beautiful countryside with open fields a few metres away. The local area has golf courses, walking, riding, cricket and water sports at the Aquadrome in Rickmansworth. Harefield provides local shops, pubs and amenities and Rickmansworth is three miles away with supermarkets including M&S Food, Waitrose and Tesco. Further shopping is available in Watford and Uxbridge. At Rickmansworth there are both Chiltern Line and Metropolitan services to London Marylebone and Baker Street respectively. Denham Station also provides Chiltern Line to Marylebone. The area is well supplied with schools, both state and private.

A gated path gives access to the rear garden which has a block paved patio with a seating area for outdoor dining, a small lawn and beds planted with a variety of attractive mature shrubs and timber panel fencing to the boundaries.
