" This well presented one bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor of Homecombe House, a superbly managed retirement home in a fantastic location overlooking the Torquay coast. The apartment enjoys a light and airy living room, a balcony with superb sea views, and off road parking.

Homecombe House is perfectly located only a short walk from the local shops and Babbacombe Downs, and the building itself benefits from a lift, a laundry and common room, an on-site manager, and access to 24 hour care line. The water and sewerage charges are included in the rent.

Accommodation: Furnished (flexible, by negotiation) - Hallway; Double Bedroom; Living Room; Kitchenette; Shower Room

Utilities & Services: Mains Electric, Telecoms Services and TV Licence are not included in the rent.

Council Tax: (Torbay Council - Band B) is not included in the rent.

Tenancy Restrictions/Preferences: No Housing Benefit, No smoking in the property. No pets. Single Tenant over 60 only.
