" This is truly a fabulous home where particular care has been taken to design a very practical and comfortable home with low energy costs, complemented by a light and air interior with top quality fittings.

From the entrance porch the front door opens into a lovely vaulted reception hall, with skylights and wooden flooring. To the left there is a study, again with wooden flooring, and overlooking the front driveway. Across the rear of the property is the magnificent living space, with 3 sets of bi-folding doors, ceramic tile flooring and underfloor heating. This in turn leads to the superb quality fitted kitchen with Corian worktops, including a matching breakfast bar and with a range of quality appliances that include an integrated 4-ring induction hob with extractor hood, double oven and grill with warming drawer, microwave, coffee machine, wine cooler, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is an internal lobby, off the kitchen, with a guest cloakroom and a separate door to the utility room, which has base and wall mounted cupboards and an integrated washing machine and tumble dryer.
