Stylish and homely two double bedroom flat with excellent connections to Clapham Junction.

First double room with plenty of storage/fitted wardrobe overlooking the garden with magnolia tree. It gets the sun all afternoon and early evening which streams into the bedroom.  

Second double room also has good storage, direct access to the garden and an original fireplace. 

The shared moder shower/bath has a large shower head - hot and powerful - and lots of room to keep your toiletries.

Modern kitchen with four hob gas stove, toaster, kettle and dishwasher etc. 

The flat also has from a carpeted cellar for extra storage and laundry- which keeps the rest of the flat free from wet clothes and spare boxes. 

The Neighbourhood

Wandsworth Town is a lovely, village-like neighbourhood with great access to the centre. The flat is next to Wandsworth Common which is good for walking, the river is also very close by. There are 2 excellent pubs within 5 minute walking distance (East Hill Pub and Alma). St Johns Hill, where you can try numerous good restaurants and boutique coffee shops, is about 7 minutes walking. I would recommend Ben's Canteen for breakfast, Story for coffee or tea, Powder Keg for evening cocktails.

Getting around
Transport links are very good.

- All the buses from the end of the road go to Clapham Junction, you never have to wait more than 2 minutes for a bus 

- Or 15 minutes walk to the train station

Clapham has very regular trains going to Waterloo, Vauxhall and Victoria (all 10 minutes by train). Its also a main hub to access other parts of the UK, with direct trains to Gatwick, Brighton, Southampton etc.
