It is situated in this leafy position just yards from Wandsworth Common & very close to Battersea Rise, Northcote Road & Clapham Junction station.

This 2 bedroom first floor flat provides spacious accommodation in a most convenient and popular location. The reception room overlooks the small green with its large trees on Bolingbroke Grove. There is a generous double master bedroom with access to a sunny west-facing balcony, a second smaller double bedroom, fitted kitchen and a bathroom/WC. The flat has a lovely green outlook being set well back from Bolingbroke Grove at the front, and is situated approximately 100 yards from the expanses of Wandsworth Common. Bolingbroke Grove runs alongside Wandsworth Common adjacent to the area known as 'Between the Commons'.
