" Chain Free. Ideal first time buy or a buy to let as this great one bedroom top floor pad is sure to have the boxes ticked. Century House is a well groomed apartment block in the Armoury Road complex, that sits in leafy green landscaping. Armoury Road is bang on for the DLR station and has a direct pedestrian access to the station making this a great spot for you commuters. Those with cars are catered for too and get to park with by applying for a residents permit.

Enter into Armoury Road and take the sweeping driveway to find your apartment block, Century House is at the end of the drive. Buzz in via the entry phone to a smart communal hallway and take the stairs up to the top floor. You have arrived step into your new abode. The hallway has a handy storage area and access to the loft. To the left is the reception room a decent size so you could arrange your furniture to have a dining space and seating area should you wish. The kitchen reached from the living room and is arranged in pleasant 'duck egg' shade units with a shaker feel. From the hall we locate the bathroom a good size with shower over the tub.
