" Two bedroom ground floor flat situated in the heart of dagenham within walking distance to local schools shops and amenities as well as being within 0.6 miles of District Line stations Dagenham Heathway and Dagenham East.

This ground floor flat is a modern property which is the perfect tonic for the busy day to day life of city living.

Entering through the front door you are greeted by a good sized hallway which winds its way through the property which has wooden doors leading to all of the rooms as well as doors to two storage cupboards.

To the side of the entrance door is the bathroom with tiled walls and flooring along with sink which has mixer tap as well as WC. There is also a double glazed window to side and bath with shower unit.
