Fairfax Place is a collection of four terraced houses located on Western Road and within easy level walking distance of Launceston town centre. Launceston offers a wide range of recreational, educational, shopping and commercial facilities. 

The town itself lies adjacent to the A30 trunk road giving easy access to Truro and West Cornwall in one direction with Exeter (42 miles) and beyond to the East.
