"18 Maple Close is an immaculate spacious Penthouse located in a peaceful yet central location in Sedbergh. These properties were built in 2002 so still have a modern fresh feel throughout. The kitchen includes a stainless steel sink with drainer, oven, four ring gas hob with extractor, and integral washing machine, fridge and freezer. The two bedrooms are located to the front of the property . The bathroom has an attractive modern suite to include bath, W.C, wash hand basin and shower cubicle. From the entrance hall there is access into the loft space, used as extra storage and also a useful utility cupboard. This property also benefits from gas central heating, is fully double glazed and has been sound proofed throughout. Sedbergh is situated within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the apartment is conveniently accessible to all of the Town's amenities.
