LOCATION

The property is situated on an exclusive development on the town's northern outskirts, approximately three quarters of a mile for the centre of the historic town of Glastonbury which is famous for its Tor and Abbey Ruins. The town offers a good range of shops, banks, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, health centres and public houses. The Cathedral City of Wells is 6 miles whilst Street is 2.5 miles and offers more comprehensive facilities including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Strode College, Strode Theatre and the complex of shopping outlets in Clarks Village. DIRECTIONS

From the town centre proceed up the High Street and at the top of the hill turn left into Wells Road. Continue for approximately half a mile to the roundabout and take the third exit into Old Wells road. After a short distance turn right into Watts Corner and follow the road towards the end of the cul-de-sac where the property will be identified on the left.
