" A well presented three bedroom semi detached home conveniently located close to Harrogate town centre and within easy walking distance of some of the towns most reputable schools. The accommodation on offer comprises of: Entrance hall leading to a spacious bay fronted living room with real wood flooring and gas fire with surround. A door leads through to the kitchen which has a range of base and wall units, integrated fridge/freezer, five ring gas hob, oven and electric oven. A side door leads to the rear garden area. To the first floor there two double bedrooms, a single bedroom which could be used as a home office and the bathroom which has vanity cabinet with sink and mirror over, w/c and bath with screen and electric shower over. Outside to the rear there is an enclosed courtyard garden area and on street parking. Available mid November 2017.

Directions From the Prince of Wales roundabout proceed up the Otley Road. Passing through two sets of traffic lights and approaching the top of the hill, turn left into College Street where the property can be found on the right hand side.
