" Modern four bedroom detached house available in the sought after area of West Craigs in Blantyre. Spacious living accommodation with four generously sized double bedrooms.  Ground floor accommodation briefly comprises of hallway leading to lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room and separate WC.  The first floor accommodation comprises four double bedrooms, master with en-suite and a separate family bathroom.  To the front of the property is a lawned area with bushes and trees.  There is a double garage and large driveway giving ample off-street parking.  The rear garden is a good size and is laid mainly to lawn. It has two separate decking areas, one which receives the morning sun and the other from early afternoon through to the evening.  The property is fully double-glazed and benefits from gas central heating.
