SITUATION
Harbour Terrace is located in  a slightly elevated position in the heart of the harbour from where fabulous scenery can be enjoyed attracting a number of visitors throughout the year.  There are also a variety of shops, a post office, restaurants and the famous Cobweb Inn.  In the upper part of the village you will find a petrol filling station, primary school, doctors surgery and popular Napoleon Inn public house.  The town of Camelford (some six miles) offers a wider range of amenities and also access onto the A39 which is an excellent road link North to the costal town of Bude and South to the larger town of Wadebridge. The larger towns of Wadebridge and Launceston are 16 and 18 miles respectively with access onto the A30 dual carriageway being gained from the latter which in turn links to the M5 motorway from Exeter.

OUTSIDE
The property is approached over a shared granite paved driveway which in turn leads to a private granite paved parking area at the side of the house beyond which are delightful landscaped gardens with Herring-bone stone walling and slate steps leading up to a paved terrace with adjacent level lawn from where full vantage can be taken of the wonderful views to the harbour.  To the rear is a pathway for which we believe the adjacent property has a pedestrian right of access for refuse and fire escape purposes.

From Bude take the A39 south towards Wadebridge.  After approximately 10 miles pass through Wainhouse Corner and take the next right signposted Boscastle/Tintagel B3263.  Follow this road for some five miles which will bring you into Boscastle and on entering the Village proceed into the Harbour passing the car park and shops, go over the bridge and turn immediately right and continue with the river on your right hand side passing a number of cottages and harbour terrace will be found on your left hand side opposite the bridge with number four being on your left as you face the terrace.
