SITUATION
The property occupies an elevated south facing site set on the higher side of the A390 road between Callington and Gunnislake enjoying far reaching views towards Plymouth and the south coast. There are various facilities in the area with supermarket, shops, bank, health centre and schools in Callington, roughly 3 miles to the west with Gunnislake being a few miles to the east where there is also a branch line which connects to Plymouth.
