We welcome to the market this superbly presented two bedroom semi detached house on Hartington Road, North Shields. Location

The property is situated in the heart of Marden Estate and has access to Tynemouth, Whitley Bay and North Shields. There are an extensive range of shops in the surrounding area, as well a leisure facilities, together with a variety of schools for children of all ages. The metro link provides access along the coast and into Newcastle city centre.

Our View

This property really must be seen to be appreciated, as it has been tastefully decorated by its current owner. From the entrance hall to the left, you will find the lounge/dining room with a window to the front and double doors to the rear.
