The town of Glenrothes was founded in 1948 and offers a diverse range of facilities and amenities. For the commuter railway stations with links to Edinburgh are situated within the villages of both Markinch and Thornton with the A92 providing access throughout Fife.
If travelling to the property from Glenrothes town centre, the property can be easily located by travelling westbound along the Leslie Road (A911) passing the Riverside Park on the left hand side. At the Leslie Roundabout take a right onto Western Avenue (B969) and at the next roundabout take a left onto Formonthills Road. Continue along Formonthills Road, taking a right at the first mini roundabout onto Collydean Way. Follow Collydean Way and take a right onto Piper Drive once past the local shop. Continue along Piper Drive and the property can be identified on the right hand side by the Slater Hogg & Howison for sale board.
