" This substantial detached residence sits back from the road and lies comfortably in it's large plot (approximately 0.45 acres). Since the original house's construction in the early part of the 20th Century, the property has been substantially extended. By using similar size apertures for each of the windows and retaining many characteristic features such as the roof line, these additions blend seamlessly with the original part of the house to retain it's sense of character and charm. On the ground floor the generously proportioned drawing room benefits from a triple aspect bringing light in throughout the day and enjoys views of the rear garden. In the centre of the house lie the sitting and dining rooms which lead to the original part of the house.
