" This well presented and extended five bedroom semi-detached period property is situated within less than half a mile of chertsey town centre and retains a number of its original character features. The ground floor accommodation affords an entrance hall, 24'9 through lounge , utility room , downstairs W.C and kitchen/diner with double glazed tri-fold doors opening up to a sizable private rear garden , whilst on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a main bathroom, and then a further bedroom/study and a 15'7 double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the second floor. Other features include sash windows, feature fireplaces and gas central heating.

Sellers Comments: Abbey Road has been our family home for eight happy years. We have worked hard to retain its period features, whilst making many improvements - including ground and top floor extensions. We have landscaped the garden and a large patio, accessed by 3 metre wide tri-fold doors, is great for outdoor living and entertaining. It's a very quiet road and there's a real community feel among the families and professionals that live here. You are a short walk to the high street where you will find: two good supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, chemists, opticians, dentists and a wonderful Italian delicatessen. Chertsey train station is at the bottom of the high street and there are direct trains to London Waterloo for easy commuting. Road links are also excellent, as is access to Heathrow and Gatwick.

Please do not hesitate to contact our Chertsey Branch on 01932 562 351 as soon as possible to arrange your appointment to view and avoid disappointment.
