" Upon pulling up outside this property we feel there is a lot kerb appeal and the immediate thing which attracts your attention is the attached garage to the side which looks ideal for extending over, subject to gaining planning consents.On entering the property the rooms are noticeably spacious, bright and airy with the through lounge in particular being of a great size of over 32ft.To the first floor the two main bedrooms are very spacious meaning that there effectively two master bedrooms, and the third bedroom is an over-sized single.The rear garden of this property measures in excess of 80ft and due to the sought after location of this property we would recommend an internal viewing without delay.

I have owned this property for over twenty five years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. It is with great sadness that the time has come for me to downsize and move to a smaller property.When we first bought this property all those years ago we were immediately attracted by the size of the rooms and the convenience of the location being close to the sought after Beal School and being a ten to fifteen minute stroll from the local tube station.Since we have been in residence we have maintained the property to what we would consider a good standard and hopefully whoever buys this property will be as happy here as we have been.
