" A well presented detached property offering bright accommodation arranged over two floors. There is a covered entrance porch with front door to the entrance hall, which gives access to the sitting room, which is an easterly aspect to the front. The dining room has a fireplace with wood burning stove and glazed double doors provide access to the rear decking and garden. There is access through to the kitchen which has a window to the rear and double doors provide access to the utility area, which in turn has a door leading to the rear garden. At first floor level the main bedroom

(which was formerly two bedrooms and could be converted back) has two windows to the front and the second bedroom with views over the rear garden has two built in cupboards. The bathroom which has a white suite includes over the bath a thermostatically controlled shower.

Situation
Situated in one of Haslemere?s popular areas the house is well situated for access to the mainline station and High Street. Found on the Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire borders, Haslemere is well situated for access to the A3 providing a good road link to London and the South coast as well as offering an excellent range of facilities including specialist shops and stores, supermarkets, health and sports centres and excellent schooling for all age groups. Haslemere is also renowned for some of the county?s most beautiful countryside which includes fine walks and bridleways, plus vast areas of land in the ownership of the National Trust.
