OTHER FACILITIES: Within the complex is a most useful community hall with all the usual facilities, which can be booked by residents for private and community functions. You can see it from the balcony - just a hundred yards or so. There is also a guest's suite where occasional visitors can stay when visiting. This is available by advance booking and a small levy is charged, currently about ?10:00p per night. VIRGINIA BEECHES is extremely well self-managed and because of this, Maintenance Charges are very low - currently set at about ?1035 p.a. - a fraction of others in the vicinity. DIRECTIONS: From our office to the lights, turn left past the station and shops to the roundabout. Turn right, up Callow Hill and Virginia Beeches is on your left. Down the drive, bear right at the apartments and No 47 is the last entrance on your left - overlooking the lawns.
