" An ideal investment or first time buy, this cottage has been completely renovated to provide modern spacious living spaces. Private parking space adjoining.  Stones throw from the town square.
 
SITUATION
The cottage is tucked away down a small side street off the main square in Holsworthy.  It is a stones throw from all the facilities of the town including shops, supermarket, schooling at primary and secondary level, leisure facilities and other business facilities.  The spectacular and rugged North Cornish coast is just 8 miles distant with sandy beaches offering lovely walking opportunities and water sports.  The cathedral city of Exeter is some 45 minutes drive and offers a full range of facilities as well as motorway and mainline railway access and an international airport.
 
ACCOMMODATION
Double glazed front door with attractive centre panel leads to Porch with downlighter and glazed decorative door opening to the spacious Sitting Room having at one end an old original fireplace (blocked).  Two large uPVC double glazed windows look out to the lane at the side of the property and an electric coal effect fire on chimney breast at the other end of the room gives an attractive focal point.  Useful understairs cupboard with downlighter providing extra storage.  There are two modern electric thermostatically controlled radiators and downlighters and this room is newly carpeted.  Stairs rise to the first floor.  Walking through an open archway you come into the very attractive modern Kitchen/Breakfast Room with tiled floor, dark granite effect work surface and dark tiling.  Range of fitted base and wall units, fitted new stainless steel and glass oven with Samsung ceramic hob and stainless steel extractor over.  Double glazed windows look to two aspects flooding the room with light and a double glazed back door to the lane.  Plumbing and space for a washing machine and space for a fridge freezer.  Again there are downlighters in this room and modern electric heating.
