This detached house is located towards the lower end of North Tawton, just a short walk to the Copper Key β€˜foody’ pub and many lovely country walks, with the old town square found up in the centre of this pretty town. The property also enjoys some views to the front between houses of rolling Devon countryside.

The spacious accommodation includes three bedrooms served by an upstairs bathroom, with the master being particularly large with the bonus of under eaves storage. The ground floor enjoys a great sized living room with an opening through to the dining room, there’s also a modern kitchen and a ground floor shower room with WC. The whole property has gas central heating and double glazing too.

The integral garage is accessed from the kitchen and has a utility area for white goods, there is also two side by side parking spaces to the front and a low maintenance paved garden to the rear.

NORTH TAWTON is a pleasant Mid Devon town. It has a selection of shops, primary school, and old town square. It is set in the valley of the river Taw and surrounded by countryside. Okehampton is about 5 miles, Crediton 12 and Whiddon Down 6 miles, from which there is a dual carriageway road to Exeter and the M5.  Regular buses pass through the town with services to Exeter, Barnstaple, Okehampton and Hatherleigh.

DIRECTIONS:  Upon entering North Tawton go straight across the roundabout taking you on to the High Street, staying left at the town centre where the road becomes Fore Street. At the bottom of the hill turn left onto Barkers Way and number 15 will be found up on your left hand side.
