" A high quality detached family home in a sought after village location plus south facing gardens, stream and lovely outlook to the rear.

DESCRIPTION   This luxuriously appointed detached family house is superbly located in the picturesque village of Yeoford, enjoying lovely views to the rear from its elevated position.  The village centre is within easy walking distance and has excellent amenities which include a railway station, well regarded public house, village hall and primary school.

The house offers luxuriously appointed high quality 4 bedroom accommodation, finished to an unusually high standard, which includes a high gloss German fitted kitchen (with polished black granite worktops and Siemens stainless steel integrated appliances. There is oil fired central heating with a highly efficient condensing boiler providing zonally controlled under floor heating to the ground floor and conventional thermostatically controlled radiators to the first floor. The master bedroom has a built in mirrored wardrobe and fully tiled en-suite shower room.
