DIRECTIONS
From our office in West Street, Axminster, proceed down through the town on the A358 towards Musbury. At the Boshill Cross junction, turn right and head towards Colyford. Proceed over the tram line and through the village, and turn left into Seaton on Harepath Road. Proceed into the town following this road for some distance until passing the co-op store on the left hand side, and turn right into Seaton Down Road just after. Continue up the hill and take the fourth turning left into Greenway, signposted as a no-through road. The property can then be found at the end of the road on the left hand side. There is a pedestrian link to Marlpit Lane which is the most direct route to the sea front on foot.
