" Located in the semi rural village of South Darenth is this 3 bedroom family home. In our opinion, it is a very spacious and well presented property which has been well maintained by its current owner and benefits from a lounge/diner, over looking the rear garden plus a downstairs wc. The kitchen is modern and a good size for this type of house.We believe all the rooms are a generous size including the 3rd bedroom. There is a paved patio to the rear and the rest of the garden is laid to lawn, which is great for them summer bbqs. The property also comes with a garage en-bloc, that is located very close to the property.
Located in South Darenth this property really does offer the best of both worlds in terms of location. It's semi rural yet it's close enough for an array of local amenities including access for the motorways, Bluewater is only a short distance away and you can even walk to a main line station within a few minutes.
