The location is good and the views are simply amazing. This particular property has been tastefully extended and maintained giving excellent versatile family accommodation. To the front of the house the extension has given an excellent dining room with a square bay window and a 3rd reception room which can be used as a study. To the rear there is a lovely lounge with wide French doors and side windows overlooking the patio and the amazing garden which has a vegetable plot at the rear. There is a custom made 2 storey childrens play house with double glazing and a raised decked area adding that "fun factor".To complete the accommodation there is a kitchen with an "old style" pantry leading to a utility room and downstairs shower room. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and family bathroom.Just to finish off describing the garden which is excellent. If you stand at the top looking to your right there are the amazing views over the fields which are ever changing and at present you can smell the lavender which is being harvested from local fields.
