" Upon entering Eynsford Rise you will appreciate the calming feeling with solid wood flooring to the lounge and hallway giving those clear curlines. Once in the kitchen with its under floor heating which radiates a welcoming feel in those winter months, you will appreciate the stunning 'Stoneham' units and work surfaces with integrated appliances.Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms one with fitted 'Rencraft' hand painted furniture, bathroom and separate shower room. One of the features you will experience is the vendors love of solid wood which is obvious in the stunning flooring and doors throughout. The garden is secluded and has a southerly aspect and is an absolute delight with an abundance of shrubs and mature trees plus a patio for al fresco eating with an electric awning giving shade when required.I know that once inside you will appreciate all the little extras so suggest that you view without delay because this home in our opinion will not be on the market for long.

What the Owner says:

When we bought Eynsford Rise we were keen to be in the area as we have family and friends here, it was the shell that we were interested in and we have worked hard transforming it into what we believe to be a lovely family home.We went back to basics fitting new Stoneham kitchen, shower room, bathroom, Rencraft bedroom furniture and much more we did indeed have a blank canvas. For us being close to the station was important as working in Bromley was only a 15 minute journey. The front of the house has been landscaped with block paving to make parking for at least 3 cars.
