" This is an really nice 4 bed detached house and it is located in the sought after area of Darenth Village Park. The house has many stand out features, foremost of which is a really impressive conservatory, it is open plan from the dining room and has a modern clear glass roof, this gives it a classy feel. Another excellent feature is the newly fitted kitchen which also has a separate utility room and there is also a downstairs w/c. The garden benefits from being updated and has been re-turfed and is actually a really good size compared to other similar age properties. Parking is no problem with a 2 car driveway and an integral garage.
The road itself has fantastic feel because to one side there is the country park so this house has uninterrupted views to the front an aspect which should set this property aside from the majority other houses on this development.

We have really enjoyed living in this house, but now we have an exciting opportunity that means we will be moving to another part of Kent. The house has been fantastic and we have made several improvements, including a new kitchen, new double glazing and general refurbishment throughout. The house is a good size and has an excellent garden and there is plenty of parking.
We also love the road the house sits in as it is always really well looked after and it just has such a nice look and feel as soon as you drive in. Having the country park opposite is also a bonus and it always looks like a picture postcard no matter what season.
