To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The home further benefits from double glazing and gas fired central heating, there are gardens to the front and rear. EPC grade D.

Our View

Here we have a three bedroom semi detached house offering spacious accommodation and plenty of potential. It is our view that this property would best be suited to a first time buyer or buy to let investor. On entering the property there is an entrance hall giving way to the stairs and the ground floor rooms. There is a lounge to the front offering a double glazed bay window. To the rear a dining room having a window over looking the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and wall units and gives way to the rear porch which in turn leads to a ground floor WC and brick built storage shed. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. This property is in need of some modernisation but does benefit from double glazing where stated and gas fired central heating. The garden is what we feel to be the best selling feature about this home and due to its good size we would urge an internal inspection.

Coventry Road is conveniently situated on the outskirts of Nuneaton town centre. Offering a regular bus route in and out of Nuneaton town and a variety of local convenience stores. There are both primary and senior schools all within walking distance of this home and local road networks include the A444 and in turn the M6 and M69.
