HouseSimple is pleased to present this 3 bedroom End of terrace House in Aylesham, Canterbury.

The house is situated at the end of the road where it resembles a 'cul-de-sac' setting.  This is great for children to play outside on their bikes without worry.  Children can also play in the enclosed rear garden whilst you watch them from the kitchen or the dining area.

The accommodation consists of a hallway leading to the open plan living room/dining area with access to the rear garden. The kitchen is to the side of the dining area and has a range of floor and wall cupboards together with shelving. There is space for a fridge/freezer and washing machine.  The hallway has stairs leading up to a landing, three bedrooms and bathroom.  There is an airing cupboard with an electric boiler housed inside. Two bedrooms are double bedrooms with one having access to the loft space.  The third bedroom is a good sized single bedroom.

There is a large enclosure at the end of the garden which was built for dogs but we have used for our outdoor rabbit for safety at night.  The garden has a double gate leading to a concreted area large enough to park a car and store a trailer.  The shed at the end of this hard standing has power and lighting.

There is a local primary school within walkable distance.  There are a good selection of shops and businesses within the village and the co-op is a good place to do your weekly shopping, all being within easy walking distance.  There are also a range of take-aways when you don't feel like cooking.  The Aylesham medical centre has an on-site pharmacy.  If you need to travel, Aylesham has good access to the A2 dual carriageway, leading from Dover to Faversham and connecting with the M2 towards London.  There is a good train service to London on the Victoria line.  There is also a good bus service to the City of Canterbury.

This house is being offered for sale with no chain and some of the furniture is also negotiable to remain.
