A three bedroom, semi-detached house which is situated within the popular village of Alresford. The house is spacious throughout and is within catchment of a number of reputable local schools.

The accommodation comprises of a large living room, a fitted kitchen with some appliances and a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms and a good sized single bedroom. Finally, there is a family bathroom featuring shower facilities. Externally, there is ample off road parking, a garage and a small courtyard garden. Please note that new flooring and carpets will be fitted within the house and fresh painting will be done prior to a new tenancy starting.

The property is offered unfurnished and is available for occupation from mid-June.
