" A four/five bedroom semi detached house situated in this popular residential location on the outskirts of Ringwood. With nearby woodland walks over The Mount and the New Forest. The front door affords access into the main entrance hall with doors to the lounge, dining room, kitchen and cloakroom in addition to the stairs to the first floor. The lounge is located to the front of the property with large window overlooking the front garden and a squared arch into the dining room. The dining room is at the rear of the house and overlooks the attractive and private rear garden. The kitchen comprises a range of wall mounted and base units with matching display cabinets and adjoining roll top work surfaces with space for a variety of appliances. A door from the kitchen leads into the rear hall with access to both the garage and the rear garden. The cloakroom features a corner wash hand basin and a low level w.c.
Upstairs there are four/five bedrooms, three to the front of the house and two overlooking the rear gardens. The family bathroom consists of a wash hand basin, low level w.c and a panelled bath with shower attachment over.
