" Owners Comments: We have lived here very happily for nearly 14 years with our three children. Hightown Lake is within a minutes walk and Hightown Common is within five minutes walk, making it an ideal location for families and dogs. Ashley Close is ideal for the commuter links but with the added benefit of no road noise from the A31.

Situated in a cul-de-sac position with a southerly facing garden.
On entering the house there is an archway to the left beyond which there is access to most of the ground floor accommodation, to the right there is a family room which is situated next to the garage and as there is already a ground floor shower room it could be ideal for anyone looking for potential to convert to an annexe.
Accommodation comprises; Sitting room with wood burning stove, doors which open out onto a rear patio, separate study/dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, shower room and family room.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms (one of which is ensuite) and a family bathroom. Both of which have been recently re-fitted with contemporary suites, tiling and underfloor heating. There is access to the loft space which has been floored with hardboard on the rafters.
